Delete Your MingleMaps Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your MingleMaps account using one of the methods below.

The quickest way to delete your account is directly within the MingleMaps app:

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your MingleMaps account.

We will process your request within 30 days.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Data that may be retained:

User reports: If you reported another user or were reported, this data may be retained for safety and legal purposes.
Transaction records: Records of premium subscription purchases may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
